Yes — our portraits are handcrafted using a 6-layer acrylic scratch technique. Light, natural scratch marks are a normal characteristic of this art form, not defects. They cannot be replicated by machines and are what make each piece truly unique.
Our artists achieve 90%+ similarity in composition and likeness. However, due to the hand-drawn and hand-carved nature of the work, minor differences in fine lines, expression, and texture are normal. Customers seeking pixel-perfect replication should order with caution.
Colors may vary slightly due to: (1) differences in screen brightness, color temperature, and saturation across devices; (2) the unique optical properties of layered acrylic material; (3) subtle variations in hand-painting and coloring. Physical product color is the reference standard.
As a personalized handmade product, we do not accept returns or refunds without quality reasons once production has begun. Minor scratches, screen color differences, and subtle handcraft variations are not considered quality issues.
