Return Policy
Due to the customized nature of the products we produce at Sngaes, wecannot offer returns. Your artwork is designed with care and is entirely personalto you and your pet.
If you are unhappy with your final product then please get in touch with usCustomer satisfaction is one of our passions and we always endeavor to makesure you're happy with the final masterpiece.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong product, an incorrect size or print, or your productwas damaged in transit, we will of course replace it without question. Please letus know within 48 hours of receiving your order in this case.
Unlimited Revisions
We offer unlimited edits to the photo you originally ordered. Unlimited revisionsrefer to small changes that can be done to the artwork. Once the proof has beenaccepted, revisions will be completed at our discretion. Once an order isaccepted, the proof then gets sent to our fulfillment team to be created andfulfilled. Please understand that any further revisions after it has beenaccepted often times creates issues within the delivery process.
Cancellations
If you have placed an order recently and have changed your mind, thecancellation will be granted at our discretion. The reason for this is that ourartists often begin work as soon as you have placed your order. lf your artworkhas not been sent, we will charge $20 for the cancellation. lf your artwork hasalready been created and you request to cancel or request a refund, we willcharge a $30 fee to cover the artwork creation costs for your order.
Photo Uploads
Please be aware that when we create your artwork, we use the photo youuploaded with your order. lt's your responsibility to submit a high quality photothat adheres to our submission guidelines. Low quality photos will result in lowquality artwork. Please note that all examples on site were made from highquality, high resolution photos. Blurry, low quality photos will not allow ourdesign team to produce the high quality finish you see on site.
Warranty
At Friends Furever, we are committed to the quality and durability of ourproducts. However, please be advised that we accept claims for defective ordamaged items only within 30 days from the date of receipt, in line with ourReturns Policy. We take great pride in the quality of our items, and we expectthem to last longer when properly cared for. Should you experience any issueswithin the 30-day window, please reach out to us. As a one-time courtesy, wecan offer either a refund or reshipment for eligible claims. lf your order hasbeen shipped and/or delivered and a refund is requested, we will not reimbursethe costs for shipping. However, if your order has been delivered and anexchange is needed (damaged goods/incorrect proof or background) we will notcharge for the cost to ship out a replacement.
