The proofing process will take 1-3 days, and will be sent to you via email forapproval or rejection. lf you reject the design, please tell us what we need tochange to make it perfect for you. lf we do not hear back within 72 hours ofsending you your proofing verification message, we will automatically send yourorder as we want you to receive your portrait as fast as possible.
Once you confirm that you are satisfied, please allow 2-4 business days for yourportrait to be assembled, package, and shipped out.
